This card looks terrible in the picture!

In person, this is a pretty card although I will admit that the patterned paper colors don't match the blue of the cardstock and ink.  What can I say?  I've got lousy lighting at home and it looked great in that situation.  Plus, my scanner at work is really crappy - it doesn't close all the way so that's why this picture has a shadow on the right hand side.  Oh well, this one goes into the trash and I'll head back to the drawing board, although I do like the layout.

The medallion is made with a Martha Stewart corner punch.  This trick doesn't work with all of her corner punches and some of those that it does work with turn out very ugly medallions.  I really like this one!
